The Oh Sees

On Tuesday night I went to see The Oh Sees (see above) play at Cafe du Nord, they were doing a charity fund raiser for Haiti. They are not normally the kind of band I would listen to, but it was definitely fun going to a gig! The lead singer John Dwyer (self proclaimed coolest man in San Francisco) was a very interesting with a lot of energy, he spent a lot of the show licking his guitar and sucking on his microphone, I understand that it was the mic swallowing that made the cool sounds but it was slightly disturbing.
